About

Hi — I’m Connor Crossley, a senior full-stack engineer who builds and operates high-quality web products end-to-end.

I’ve shipped HIPAA-compliant software in digital health across React/TypeScript frontends and Node/GraphQL services, with a strong focus on testing, CI/CD, and observability so teams can move fast without breaking trust.

At Vector Remote Care, I led quality and delivery initiatives—defining practical KPIs, improving incident response, and mentoring engineers toward resilient, testable systems.

Most recently at Remo Health, I helped deliver an EHR web app and backend APIs (including FHIR integrations) while partnering closely with product and clinical stakeholders to support rapid scaling.

I’m based in Bend, Oregon and open to relocating to the SF Bay Area. When I’m not building, I’m usually with my family, golfing, or coaching rugby.
